Suzuki river coil

Price was good so I purchased the item and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately the coil was twice the size of the original coil and didn’t fit in the original position. After a bit of modification I then found that it didn’t work ( no spark). The part is obviously a generic brand that you make fit to many models. Unfortunately this means with no markings on the coil ( +or-)you just have to toss the coin and put the wires sort of what the order the original was in. I would not in any circumstance recommend this part to my worst enemy.
